Please explain to me how a guy can get his name called 5 times and then come in right before it’s my turn, and because he registers online he can jump in front of me and force me to wait longer. No offense but if your name is called and your not in the store you should be removed from the list. I’ve gotten my haircuts here and recommend about 15 people I know have come in and will not be doing either of those things again if this is how you operate.
